Entrepreneurship Essentials
Think Like a Founder. Build Like a Startup.
A 20-hour intensive where participants discover market opportunities, build business models, create MVPs with no-code tools, and pitch to a live panel.
The Workshop
The Full Early-Stage Startup Cycle
India's startup ecosystem is booming — but most graduates don't know how to navigate it. This workshop takes participants through the complete early-stage journey: from spotting problems worth solving, to building business models with real Indian examples, to creating MVPs and pitching to a live panel. The 60/40 applied-to-conceptual split ensures participants leave with tangible assets, not just theory.
Workshop Structure
Three Days. One Venture.
Each day builds towards a launchable startup concept — from discovery to live pitch.
~6.5 Hours
Awareness — Discover & Define
Startup vs. traditional business mindset. Deep dive into the Indian startup ecosystem 2025 with real references — Zepto, Mamaearth, Boat. Bug List exercise to surface everyday problems, stakeholder mapping, and TAM/SAM/SOM market sizing.
~7 Hours
Skilling — Model & Validate
Business Model Canvas with Indian examples (Meesho, PharmEasy, Dunzo). Value Proposition Canvas, revenue models, unit economics, and lean startup methodology. Hands-on: fill BMC, map assumptions, design validation experiments, and build a one-page revenue model.
~6.5 Hours
Build & Pitch
MVP types explained (landing page, concierge, wizard of Oz). Sprint to build an MVP using no-code tools, create brand identity with Canva AI, and craft a 6-8 slide pitch deck. Day ends with Pitch Fest — 5-minute pitches + 3-minute Q&A with an external panel.
