    The Workshop

    From Knowledge to Venture

Horticulture is one of India's highest-yield sectors — yet most graduates leave university without knowing how to turn that knowledge into a business. The Horticulture Entrepreneurship Workshop bridges that gap with a structured 50/50 framework: half strategy, half hands-on building. Participants explore market dynamics, learn AI and no-code tools, and build real ventures — from problem statement to deployable MVP in just three days.
