The Workshop
From Knowledge to Venture
Horticulture is one of India's highest-yield sectors — yet most graduates leave university without knowing how to turn that knowledge into a business. The Horticulture Entrepreneurship Workshop bridges that gap with a structured 50/50 framework: half strategy, half hands-on building. Participants explore market dynamics, learn AI and no-code tools, and build real ventures — from problem statement to deployable MVP in just three days.
Workshop Structure
Three Days. Three Phases.
Each day builds on the last — from market awareness to a deployable MVP and investor-ready pitch.
~7 Hours
Awareness
Horti-market trends — Gen Z organic demand at 11% CAGR, precision farming, circular economy models. Real startup case studies (Phool.co, GYO). Ecosystem mapping, customer discovery interviews, and defining horticulture-specific problem statements.
~7 Hours

Modern consumer analysis, precision techniques (vertical farming, AI pest tracking). Building Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas for buy-back cycles and NHB grants. Lean validation using MIDH subsidies.
